Qualifications for this appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor include (a) a PhD (or completion of a PhD within one year of employment start date) with an emphasis in Organizational Behaviour, Human Resources, or related discipline, (b) exceptional research potential including: the demonstrated ability to publish in top-tier journals and the potential to maintain a highly productive research agenda, and (c) the ability to teach effectively in undergraduate and research-based graduate (MSc and PhD) courses.
To be considered for appointment at the rank of Associate Professor, the successful candidate must have (a) a PhD with an emphasis in Organizational Behaviour, Human Resources, or related discipline, (b) a track record of publishing in top-tier journals and an established research program for ongoing research productivity, (c) evidence for teaching excellence at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and (d) a track record of successfully developing graduate students. Ability and interest in teaching in the MBA program will be considered an asset regardless of rank.
